Our role
We publish source-linked resources, explain the scope of price references and summarize documented experiences. We do not make diagnoses or determine whether a treatment is suitable for you.

MedTourInfo is published by Sun Mellon Trading Ltd., a company incorporated federally in Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act in 2014. Its corporation number is 874885-3, and the record is public. Corporations Canada record ↗
The same company operates MedTripHost. MedTripHost is a separate service marketplace and is subject to the same listing and editorial standards as other providers. MedTourInfo is not an exclusive referral channel for MedTripHost.
The company is a general trading company, not a healthcare provider. It holds no medical licence and employs no clinicians. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Write to us at info@medtourinfo.com. We read every message. Use this address to correct a published fact, ask how we source and review entries, propose a resource or experience, enquire about advertising, or reach us as a journalist.
We are a small editorial team and reply as soon as we can. For a directory listing, the registration form collects what we need for review and is faster than email. Please do not send patient records or private medical details.
Corrections
If we have published something inaccurate or out of date, tell us and we will check it against the original source. Corrections are made independently of any commercial relationship: an advertiser and a reader reporting the same error get the same treatment. Tell us the page, what is wrong and, where you can, the source that shows the correct information.
Advertising and listings
Advertising enquiries are welcome at info@medtourinfo.com. Paid placements will be clearly labelled and will not determine editorial judgments. Registration, listing review and verification of clinical credentials are different processes.
Sources and translation
We link original sources and show when they were checked. Reported experiences are attributed. English is the editorial source. Other languages are machine-translated and may contain errors: compare the English source and the original publication when details matter.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public information pages to understand aggregate visits, popular pages, referring websites, approximate country, browser and device categories, and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or advertising identifiers. The provider registration form does not load analytics, and application details are not sent to this service.
Application privacy
Application contact names and email addresses are used for review and follow-up, not public listings or translation requests. Only reviewed public service details are published. Applications are stored in our private database for manual review. We do not send automatic confirmation emails. Save the reference shown after submission.
Regulatory records and caution markers
A caution symbol links to a documented regulatory record for the named institution. We check the legal entity, location, event date and source, and distinguish a penalty from a complaint, investigation or criminal conviction. Known challenges and later corrections belong with the record. The same criteria apply to public and private institutions, regardless of advertising.
No symbol does not mean a clean regulatory history or a completed background check. These records cover identified evidence, not every authority or every institution. Contact us with an original decision or correction for review.
Treat medical advertising as unverified
Do not choose a hospital on the strength of a sponsored search result, a low-price offer, a testimonial or a creator’s referral. Verify the exact hospital, department, address and billing entity through official channels before booking or paying. A familiar public-hospital name in an advertisement is not enough.
Every named hospital or screening institution in our editorial references must have an identity-review record. Institutions whose public status is not established, and institutions promoted through medical advertising or referral contacts, receive enhanced review. Advertising is a reason to investigate; published findings identify the actual evidence and its limits.

A formal securities filing reports that Beijing’s medical insurance authority ordered this hospital to return approximately CNY 28.42 million and imposed an approximately CNY 142.08 million fine for fabricated medical-consumable records used to obtain insurance payments.
The filing also records an administrative challenge, stayed in April 2022 and still stayed as of that disclosure. We have not verified a later final outcome. This is a historical administrative-penalty record, not a statement of criminal conviction or current licence status.

Penalties disclosed in statutory reports

The hospital’s 2024 statutory annual report records a CNY 26,632 medical-insurance fine received on 1 February 2024 and a health-supervision warning with two points on 28 March 2024. It does not describe the underlying conduct. Its 2022 report separately records CNY 6,000 and CNY 7,000 fines for non-standard medical records, both marked rectified.
These are the hospital’s formal disclosures, not independently retrieved regulator decisions. The 2024 report also lists nine court cases still being heard at its reporting date; this is not evidence that the hospital lost those cases. Later outcomes are unverified.

China Quality News reproduces a CNY 10,000 Chaoyang market-regulator penalty dated 13 June 2023 for medical advertising involving treatment techniques. The report says other challenged advertising phrases were not found to be false advertising or safety guarantees. A separate April 2023 report reproduces a CNY 30,000 fine for using a sterilisation pressure vessel without its required periodic inspection.
Both reports identify the Beijing company, credit code 9111000055480297XH. They are reports reproducing regulator information; we have not independently retrieved the original decisions or verified later appeal outcomes. They must not be attributed to every United Family branch.

CIO Online reproduces a Haizhu market-regulator decision imposing a CNY 448,160.40 fine on Guangdong Clifford Hospital Co., Ltd. for buying medical oxygen from a supplier without the required drug qualification and failing procurement checks. The reproduced decision also records voluntary correction, cooperation with the investigation, and no related adverse-reaction reports or complaints.
This is a third-party reproduction, not an independently retrieved regulator original. Access may require a browser check. Later appeal or correction outcomes are unverified. The record does not establish that the oxygen harmed patients.
